I volunteered and then became employed as a youth worker for Bromley youth service from 17-21yrs where I studied youth and the community to diploma level. I worked as a carer and then onto centre manager of a day centre for disabled adults for Leonard Cheshire for 5 years. I started with CASPA as a youth worker in 2004.

Mum of 3 children, working full time as CASPA’s Operations Manager. I am responsible for the overall operations of CASPA, including finance; members support;  logistics and i manage our 6 programme managers.

CASPA is the most amazing charity that works extremely hard and consistently with all the young people and their families. I believe in the young people and know they can achieve so much with the right support and that's why CASPA is the great success that it is.
