About the Autistic Voice Project
This initiative set out to amplify the voices of, and advocate for, autistic
individuals and their families in the Bromley borough. The project’s success is rooted in the collaborative efforts of focus groups composed of autistic individuals.
These groups, which included teenagers and adults of all ages, played a crucial role in ensuring that the materials produced reflect their true, authentic voices. Their insights and experiences have shaped the content to address the needs and preferences of the autistic community.
We hope we achieved our goal to promote acceptance and foster greater public understanding of autism.
