CASPA Fourdaysrunning gets ready for CASTLE to CASTLE 2024

CASPA Fourdaysrunning gets ready for CASTLE to CASTLE 2024

Preparations for the EPIC 15th annual CASPA Fourdaysrunning fundraising event are in the final phases with runners having run/walked  28/14 miles respectively last weekend in their penultimate training effort.   Over 40 runners and walkers are training in anticipation of the Herculean effort they will be putting in over the 3-6 May bank holiday weekend to run CASTLE to CASTLE covering 16 castles over 68 miles in Kent.  And why are they doing this crazy amount of running?  All in support of CASPA, a Bromley charity which supports autistic children, adults and their families to access clubs and activities which provide them a safe place to learn, grow and find community.

While Fourdaysrunners have done their training runs over the past few months, they have been fabulously branded as CASPA runners due to the generous sponsorship from the Wingate Group which was secured through Jeff and Kay Laider from Gibbs Laidler Consulting.  These running tops not only identify the CASPA runners, but also contribute to our fundraising through the QR code printed on the tops!  See fourdaysrunning2024 for CASPA (justgiving.com) for an update on our fundraising as the big weekend approaches and we run!!!!!

Thank you Wingate Group and Gibbs Laidler Consulting for your valuable support!
