Autism & Neurodiversity Training
CASPA Training Courses
Neuro-affirming, evidence-informed training led by lived experience.
Our Training
Our training is neuro affirming, evidence informed, led and designed by lived experience. We support organisations, professionals and families to move beyond awareness toward real understanding, practical change, and impactful inclusion.
All courses focus on interactive education, identifying and reducing barriers, improving accessibility, and creating environments where autistic individuals can thrive.
As a small charity, all income generated from our training is reinvested into our core services. This doubles the impact you make when you book a training course, workshop or consultation package.
Our Three Training Pathways
Our training support has three pathways:
Tier 1: Community & Access
Open and affordable to make learning accessible to individuals, small organisations, families, grassroots and voluntary groups.
This is our most accessible option, designed to remove barriers to learning. This pathway is partly subsidised by our work with larger organisations.
Community and Access includes our live online sessions, on‑demand content, and open access webinars.
Who it’s for:
- Individuals
- Parents & carers
- Small charities / voluntary groups
- Schools with limited budgets
Tier 2: Workplace & Practice
Interactive training helping business teams apply inclusive understanding with confidence.
Workplace and Practice supports teams to translate understanding into day‑to‑day practice. It is designed for teams who want confident, inclusive practice, not DEI box‑ticking.
This includes our half‑day and full‑day in-person training, and half-day online training. This service reflects the preparation and real‑time interaction required to embed learning in practice.
Who it’s for:
- School trusts
- Larger charities
- Managers and teams
- Organisations ready to move from awareness to action
Tier 3: Partnership & Systems Change
This tier includes bespoke work with organisations whose decisions affect many autistic people.
We support organisations with influence, responsibility, or reach, to embed lasting change through a tailored consultation package, designed in collaboration with the organisation.
Our Partnership and Systems tier enables us to keep training accessible for our families and grassroots partners.
Who it’s for:
- Large employers
- Local authorities
- NHS / statutory services
- Commissioned or bespoke work
