At the Anna Freud Centre we provide lots of information for young people about the different emotions they may experience and how to deal with them.

The SignPost

Text and chat support service.

This is a new text chat support service from Bromley-Y where children and young people aged 11 and over can send texts to a dedicated helpful advice and support service and get a reply within 24hrs.

Many are qualified SEN teachers, TAs and subject specialists. We have a diverse team of sports, drama, arts, counseling and youth work professionals to inspire and support our members.
