GET INVOLVED
CASPA is a unique, rapidly growing and award winning charity that was set up in 2002, providing support to autistic children and young people, and also to their families.
We run social clubs, specialist trampolining and technology projects, holiday programmes, and residential trips that all focus on enabling our young people to access what they are entitled to – fun, friendship and an independent future. Our families can access advice, information and support, as well as be able to form valuable friendships with each other. We are based in the London Borough of Bromley and currently work with around 300 children and young people every week in various venues across the borough.

MATCH FUNDING
Does your company offer Match Funding?
Match funding is a simple way of maximising the amount of money/funds CASPA can raise.
An increasing number of large companies operate a match funding scheme whereby they “match” charity fundraising undertaken by their employees. The amounts donated range from approximately £250 to £1000+ per employee per event.
As CASPA is a registered charity we are in a position to benefit from your involvement, however big or small, at any fundraising event. Your participation might be, for example, managing a stall or helping with the raffle. Both qualify as assisting with fundraising.
Some organisations will match fund on a £ for £ basis, others will stipulate what they are prepared to give. Some companies will also pledge time and resources instead of money. Barclays for example offer their employees the opportunity to match funds they raise for their chosen charity up to £750 per year. In 2010 with match funding Barclays employees raised a staggering 18 million pounds for charities of their choice.
Applying for match funding is a simple process which involves a call to your company HR department. They will then send you a form that CASPA can help you to complete confirming your involvement and once approved CASPA will receive a cheque from the Charities Aid Foundation for the respective amount.
Just some of the companies believed to offer matched funding:
Amazon, Aviva, HSBC, Tesco, Bank of America, Ipsos Mori, Texaco, Barclays, JP Morgan Chase, UBS, Benfield Group, Kingfisher PLC, Unilever, BP, Legal and General, Yorkshire Bank, British Telecom, Lloyds TSB / HBOS, Whitbread, British Gas, Microsoft, Thames Water, Camelot, O2, Shell, Costcutter, RBS Group, Vodafone, Co-op, Royal Dutch, Shell, Daryl Industries, RWE,NPower, Deloitte, Santander, Diageo, Schroders, Ernst and Young, Sky, Experian, Tarmac, PLUS MANY MORE!
