Returns & Refunds
As our products are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size.
If your item arrives:
- damaged
- faulty
- incorrect
- or with a printing error
please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- photographs of the item where possible
If a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
