The CASPA Employability Programme supports young people with ambition to develop their skills into employment.

We provide one-to-one support, employability skills, access to workshops, person-centred job searches, help with CV writing and applications for employment. Let’s find the right role for you.

We can help if you are:

  • A young autistic person aged 18-25
  • Live in the London Borough of Bromley
  • Not in Education, Employment and Training (NEET)
